We had a great experience working with Layne Plumbing! We needed to replace an old water heater and needed help weighing options/costs for a new unit. Crissy was super helpful with laying out different options and price points as well as being available late on Friday and over the weekend to help get our appointment scheduled. In the end, Layne gave us a very competitive quote on a hybrid water heater + install, and held to that quote even with an increase in equipment cost to them (due to inflation). They worked us in quickly, got the job done fast, and followed up with us the next day to make sure everything was still satisfactory. Thanks again for a great install - we love our new water heater!
