I have had nothing but great experiences at this post office. The counter folks are friendly and very helpful. Love the location too ...its right on my way to work!

The gentleman was kind & helpful. The older heavyset woman (who seemed to have a higher management type of position) was rude & indifferent to the point of being lazy & condescending. She refused to make a phone call or make any attempt to assist in a passort application issue - that was due to a burearcratic mistake- not my mistake. She is a paid feferal employee charged with assisting in passport applications as part of her job - & has the means to make phone calls & emails in order to facilitate a citizen & taxpayer's application. But her actions demonstrated that she was too lazy, rude, & indifferent to assist a customer & DO HER JOB as a passport application facility.
