Quality Inn

At first glance l was pleasantly surprised until it was time to go to bed around 2330 after a day at the park and relaxing. When we pulled the sheets back the fitted sheet was stained and dirty. Called front desk and they sent clean sheets. Then pulled sheets back on other bed and there were blood stains on the flat sheet and other stains on the fitted sheet. Called again but this time was told they did not have any sheets. They had sold out the day before and where the sheets were kept was locked up. Only option was to change rooms. We went from room 105 to room 215. We went into room 215 and the first thing we did was checked the beds. Never had something like this happen to me. Both beds had dirty sheets. Went to the front desk and was told there was nothing they could do because they do not have any sheets available. He said last option was to try room 213. Room 213 was not any better. Those sheets dirty as well. When spoke with the front desk was told that it was not a big deal it just happens. I was just shocked how he thought it was no big deal. He says that sometimes they are short handed and they do the best they can. It was almost midnight and nowhere else to go. I slept on what I thought was my best option. I took the towels (those were clean) i spread them on top of the bed and used one as a blanket. I asked to speak with a manager and still waiting to hear from him. Will not be back!
