Cryotherapy is the treatment of low temperatures to promote wellness. It is the modern take on the traditional "ice baths" except the benefits are greater and the process is more comfortable. We use liquid nitrogen vapor to cool down the cryotherapy booth to extremely low temperatures. Clients are exposed to these low temperatures for only 2-3 minutes. When you enter the cryo booth the cold temperature stimulate receptors in the body, promoting the brain to send messages that result in vasoconstriction. This causes blood to rush from the extremities to the core of the body where it oxygenates and enriches with nutrients. When you exit the cryo booth blood is now pumped rigorously (vasodilation) around the body resulting in the numerous listed benefits.
