Colonial Grand Town Park

This complex looks appealing, yes, but do not be fooled. I am not one to review anything online, but I write this as a favor to you: please do not be as gullible as I was when apartment hunting. I truly regret signing a lease with Colonial Grand, I have been nothing but disappointed with my time here. Each week, something in my apartment stops functioning fully, or stops functioning all together. With my limited "fix-it" skills, I am led to call Colonial Grand Maintenance. Though it is not my only issue with this company, maintenance is by a long shot the ULTIMATE DOWNFALL of this apartment complex. One day while I was taking a nap, a maintenance worker knocked at my BEDROOM door--they regularly let themselves into my apartment, despite my specification on my maintenance requests that they DO NOT have permission to enter without my presence. One day I came home from work and there was a large hammer left on my kitchen counter, and a maintenance worker had also helped himself to a cup of coffee from my Keurig. The worst part, however, is that maintenance does not actually fix ANYTHING. They have used my own mixing bowls to "stop" leaking sinks, and what they do seem to fix will eventually break within the next month. Save your money, there are many far superior apartment complexes within the area...do not be conned into signing a lease with Colonial Grand!

I was a resident at Colonial Grand at Town Park for about 2 years and must say that my overall experience was a wonderful one. I moved here from out of state and when I visited the community, the leasing staff was generous and knowledgeable. I went and looked at other communities but knew I wanted to live here. I completed my application that day and was able to enjoy the rest of my stay in Florida. My move in day went smooth and everyday after that. Maintenance is ontop of things and always had my requests completed right away. I only moved out because I purchased a home in the area but continue to send everyone and anyone I come in contact with to Town Park. I highly recommend this community.
