Papa Johns Pizza

2 wks ago I ordered Papa Johns, I told the guy that took my order that I was doing it because y’all were against the kneeling of the players...He Thanked me then when I got my pizza I remembered why I don’t order from there...Yucky!!!

First time having pizza from Papa John's and it will be our last!! They said it would take 30-40 min. and actually took 1 hr. 15 min. Pizza was barely warm.........but that was the good part! This was undoubtedly the worse pizza I have had in a long time! So disappointed!! How can you mess up a pizza that bad??

I attempted to call in an order by phone while driving. I called while coming up to Appleton Texas. I was put on hold for 10 minutes. They answered right as I pulled into their driveway. I ordered while in the lobby. They still wanted my phone number. I told them to come to the counter to finish my order.

Great pizza. Poor service. Wasted time trying to phone in the order...

Order around 12:30, was delivered @ 1:45...barely warm. Will not order for delivery again. disappointed 2 times.
