        We are a 24 hour fitness center providing a clean safe environment for our members. We off a variety of group classes all hours of the day. We have Spin and Zumba. We also have a high intensity workout given by a CrossFit certified employee. We offer large locker rooms with showers and saunas. We have a variety of weight machines as well as free weights and a variety of cardio equipment. We also have child care from 8AM to 10AM and 4PM to 8PM. We have a separate all womens gym for those who prefer that workout environment. We also offer tanning. We have boot camps twice a year just to shake things up. Come join us!
