Wow! I see that I wasn't the only one to have issues with this publishing company. Delivery was canceled, newspaper stopped being delivered but CC was still being charged automatically every month. Tried to contact multiple people within the company to resolve the charges, no return phone calls, nothing. Customer service is in another state. No one locally willing to handle complaints and resolve issues. Gannett Publishing has my money and I feel cheated. Wrong,just WRONG. Greedy Company.

I am disappointed and angry due to the lack of understanding at the advertiser. My paper stopped coming so I canceled in by phone & through there system including email back in Febuary/March. After being gone months at a time what I found still had been charged, I emailed no response called in April finally got it canceled. I explained all what happened, so the person checked & none of record showed any corrosponce. So this person made notes again and was suppose to email me notice of canceled service and I am still waiting for that today. I received a call that they will credit me for no paper, which I was in TX at the time and would have to do it later, ok I called and what I found no records again wow. Then this person tell me they want fix the problem and I shouldnt have been called to resolve there non service, so $40 charged no service, never ever again. Oh and I am not alone in this misservice by them, family and coworkers same deal.

I find this business has a lot to offer any one who reads it , I lived in Lafayette La for 11 months . The people I met while living there was very nice and helpful , The people next door to me were the ones who told me about this business . I sence then have move back to my birth place of Niagara Fall's N.Y , I still to this day read the ( Advertiser ) Thank's Guy's ........ Keep up the good work ......... Jerome .e
