        Working in the field of mental health for 20 years has taught me the critical importance of learning and training in different approaches of psychotherapy. Each individual might want something different from therapy and my orientation is being flexible, open and willing to meet each individual where they are and help them get to where they want to be. As a seasoned psychotherapist, I can help you navigate difficult life circumstances, manage uncomfortable feelings, and resolve relationship difficulties. My practice helps clients with depression, anxiety, marital problems amongst other things.
