Port Labelle Inn

This is a great Inn to stay at when you are in the LaBelle, FL area. It is just a few minutes outside of town on Hwy 81. They have a lake/pond area that is the home of several ducks, birds and other wild life. There is even a small alligator that enjoys sunning itself in the afternoon, behind the link fence that separates wild life from harmsway. The outside pool is sanitary, but due to the trees about, there is usually some leaves and such in the water. The safety of the pool ladders in the deep end are questionable, but the pool is equiped with traditional concrete steps in the shallow end that are very safe. The Inn has a charming garden area that has several wonderful tropical flowers and plants.

There is not a restaurant available in the Inn, but the rooms that I have stayed in are equiped with a microwave and a small refrigerator. Some even have a freezer. On that save note, BRING A BLOW DRYER. The rooms do not have one. You do, however, have an iron and an ironing board. There is fresh coffee IN the lobby in the morning. There is an ice machine, multiple soda and snack machines. Oh, and most inportantly, pretty reliable wireless internet. Enjoy!
