Sprout's Farmers Market

The manager of the La Mesa store, Delfino Garcia, went out of his way to provide great customer service. The store has run out of a sale item, so he gave me a simular item for the sale price. Great Customer Service!

I love this store and shop there all the time. I can even remember every cashier. Lately I experience something I don't like at all. My philosophy is that all of the companies in business because what they provide and satisfy the needs of their clients.



Couple of days ago, I noticed a toothpaste that Natural Dentist branded cavity zapper, groovy grape.no sodium lauryl sulfates and no harsh ingredients. Sounded good, bought it. After I came home I noticed that it says "If it is accidentally swallowed get medical aid and contact a poison control center right away. I did not want to use poison and went back to return it without even opening the package. To me it was misleading to say something in the front of package, and to say exactly the opposite in the back is not a good sign. One lady referred me to cashier to cashier referred me to another lady, the other lady referred me to the first lady I talked all of them saying you cannot return it because I don't have the receipt even though they admitted that it is sold in the store. I went through 3 people in a circle which is a very disrespectful treatment for a client that shops there all the time.



I just left the product there without any refund and left the store. I don't have anything to say specifically to Henry's. But this is not how we should be treat to anyone. I am very disappointed with the store, I don't like the corporate faces, and try to not go there again! It is maybe good for me anyway instead of buying the misleading nice looking products that has poison in them. Just giving you a warning...
