Arrow's Emergency Service really helped me out of a bind - and now we use them for our quarterly inspections, etc.
We broke a sprinkler head and line in our warehouse with a forklift - and had water going everywhere! I tried called our "previous" company but couldn't get through to anyone - only voice-mail hell....ugh
I found a 24 Hour number for Arrow, called and spoke to someone immediately. They got me to a supervisor who talked me through what I needed to do, and they had a technician to me within 45 minutes! Seriously, I've had pizza's that have taken longer to get here. I'm sticking with Arrow Fire from here on out! They're good guys.
Arrow Fire has first rate service! Each year they take care of the extinguishers at my 4-plex. I called them today - concerned because an extinguisher had just been used to put out a car fire and was empty. The girl on the phone asked if everyone was OK, and seemed geniunely concerned about us first. She really made me feel better about the situation. and Wow - like a superstar - they had one of their guys out to us within an hour to take care of the extinguisher and check out our place. These guys are great!
I continue to be impressed by the level of service. I get a call to remind me when my service is due, but they aren't pushy. I really like that, it's one less thing for me to have to remember. Thanks guys. I ll see you next year.
These guys are really friendly on the phone. I was happy with the pricing, and how they explained things to me. I'll use them again, and I recommend them to others.
I highly recommend Arrow Fire. When I called them, I got to speak with a live person. A nice change of pace, no phone trees here. The girl in customer service was very knowledgeable and helpful. I didn't really know what I was talking about, other than I knew my system and fire extinguishers needed to be tested. They sent out a technician, got us a proposal, and made sure that we understood what needed to be done. They exceeded our expectations, and provided great customer service. They are professional and experienced. We are very happy and will use them again.
