La Habra Heights County Water

Hello,first of all I would like to say that u guys do a special job working with water,my concern is about water meter before backflow irrigation,here on hacienda heigths specially villa de loma apartments,I am spending many time looking for the meter to shut of water than I can work on our irrigation backflow,we need to replace some leaking parts,than I would like you guys to better identify water meters before backflow irrigation lines,thanks.
