Outstanding and very professional service. I had a very dire and unexpected PC problem arise. I spoke to Michael & Alley and within a matter of a few minutes Michael went way out of his way to provide me with a solution. At first it didn't work but after I called him back, he tweaked his advice and bingo my problem went away and my PC is back to life! I have been a PC user for over 30 years and have had my computer issues and the need for service. Michael's performance, skills, knowledge, honesty and, most importantly, friendliness ranks at the top of the list. PMCS did a great job with my laptop! I was scared that I was going to lose all my schoolwork when my computer went on the fritz but they were able to transfer my files quickly and completely. The new motherboard they ordered got there really fast and I had my computer back as good as new in just a couple of days. The technicians were friendly and answered all my questions.



The work wasn't cheap, but it was totally worth it to get my computer back and useable as quickly as I did.

PMCS has been repairing my computers for more than 20 years. I have five different computers currently. PCMS has been able to fix things that other computer repair facilities can not even understand. Recently my main computer's Hard Drive failed and several technicians all concluded that the HD information was unable to be recovered, Sergio at PCMS was able to use a old software program that he had in his technician's bag to completely restore the HD to the way it was before. PCMS was also able to make me several back-up HDs that could just be plugged into one of my computers when one failed and this saved me on many occasions - alowing me to get back to work immediately.



You can rely on PCMS to fix your computers and be assured that whatever they tell you is reliable. If they say it can not be fixed you can rely on that. But that rarely happens. For the last 20 years they have been able to fix all of my problems on all of our computers - without ever failing. Lastly, I know for sure that the time they charge me for is much LESS that than the time they actually spend fixing my problems. Its nice to get such good value for your money, and extremely nice to have such smart and knowledgable technicians to help you. Also - very quick turn around. Sometimes problems fixed the same day. Sometimes it does take a few days for more difficult problems.



You can be assured that there is not a better computer repair company to help you with your computer problems. And you can be assured that you will be charged for Less time than they actually spend helping you with your problems. Extremely proficient, and reliable, and extremely fair - What more could you ask for?
