        Overall
        Owner of new store!

        They shipped 2 pallets and also 2 boxes with the hooks...the boxes never made it and they refused to :

        1. Find them

        2. Ship another 2 boxes

        3. make an agreement that ship again free

        4. ship fast for my grand opening

        5. let me buy again at half price........



        they basically told to go go u know where.........

        And i still have no hooks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
