        Overall

        Lazy slow and offensive. Steals packages, bends federal mail that says in bold! Do not bend. They said they are not liable to reading labels. I've been a GM at a UPS Store, and never thought lazy illiterate people who works for the government. Tired of government affiliated companies who use that in a very irresponsible unaccountable way.... MINUS FIVE STARS!!!! UNBELIEVABLE!
