Jarrell Orthodontics

have been to 2 orthodontists in Kokomo. The difference is being personable to me and my kids during actual treatments is like night and day.

Will not make that mistake again.

My child couldn’t believe the difference and she is 11.

Great ortho. If you want your child or yours to be perfected then this is the ortho to see. My son is 14 years old and I had him at a different ortho since he was 11, did not see any progress, just more and more out of pocket. Brought him to Jarrell and within 6 months his overbite is almost corrected and we are now looking at braces. The entire process was explained up front and without a doubt they are hitting the timeline that was explained. Most knowledgeable ortho I have been with. Great office, side activities such as beach parties and football pools. Love them.

You did a good job and had me in and out in no time

I came out of that office feeling like we were the only ones there that day (and I know that isn't the truth as most of your chairs were full). WOW! What an excellent experience from the moment we walked in the door until we left. From the courteous welcome to the office tour to the continued service, meeting of all of the wonderful employees, Dr. Jarrell's outstanding communication and bedside manners. The thing that stuck out to me may seem minor but all 3 women my children dealt with during the visit (office receptionist, x-ray tech, Dr. Jarrell's assistant) got out of their work stations and met us in the hallway for a farewell. I couldn't stop raving about this place!!!!! In a world where we often have our heads buried and don't even take the time to smile at one another, this office sure gets 10 out of 10 in my book. Taking care of their customer is number one and you can tell it by EVERY action they make. And . . . this was just our first visit!!! Can't wait to go back and become part of the Jarrell Orthodontics Family!!!! THANK YOU!

Very friendly staff and when we had questions, Dr. Kevin showed up with all of our answers. We were at the office for a long time. Not sure how long it normally takes for 3D imaging, but we were there for an hour.

We recently went to Dr. Jarrell's office for a second opion for my daughter's path of treatment for severe crowding. Our pediatric dentist wanted to pull four baby teeth and then extract four adult teeth as well. Dr. Jarrell proposed a new solution without extracting anything for the time being. His office was easy to work with, the staff was gracious and helpful and we are thrilled with our experience. Denise was delightful and I cannot say enough about how at ease she made both my daughter and myself.

I'm always surprised how quickly we are in and out of Jarrell's office. They never seem to be in a rush. They are just that efficient.

My 11 year old son got his braces on today. He was very nervous! But, Maribeth took great care of him! Her sweet, relaxed, professional attitude kept him calmed and relaxed. I could tell by the way he kept giving us a thumbs up!! Also it was the first time my husband spent anytime in the office. He was very impressed with the professional, courteous atmosphere of the whole office! Dr Jarrell is awesome! They took a lot of time explaining everything they were doing and we never felt rushed!
