        Overall

        Ok place very EXPENSIVE nothing special for the $$$... News Flash it is in Kissimmee Not Hunters Creek, as you don't have a vehicle because it will be a competition to find a parking spot everyday. Constantly neighbors moving out because of the rent increased, about $200 per apt.

        Access Gate is open ALL day, so feel free to drive in, there's no such thing as access control
