This is the worst sport institution I've ever dealt with, the staff is unfriendly and lazy. I have lower back injury and have been running back and forward to this institution not because of the pain, but because the staff is incompetent, now I must call to have my medical records released to STD as they aren't paying me because of the incompetent staff! I was charged for FML/STD paperwork this place is the worst Orlando Sports Medicine Institution was much better in terms of care and customer service. Don't use this place

This is for a follow up appt for a spinal fusion surgery I had last month. My last follow up was cancelled two weeks ago. Today I am here and I am told the doctor is running late. What is the purpose of making an appt if you can't keep the appt? They need to get more organized here.

I had a total hip replacement Feb. 7, 2013. I have been putting it off for 10 years. I have seen my share of doctors over the years. When I met Dr. Johnston, D.O. my decision to finally do this was instant. He spent time explaining things in detail and was very aware of my fear. He is compassionate and made me feel very comfortable. He was recommended to me by a doctor, also by a nurse that had just had the same surgery done by Dr. Johnston. You do not wait for hours for your appointment either. It has been 2 weeks today and I am ready for a cane in place of my walker. This was a great experience for me. I just had to wait to meet the right surgeon. Dr. Johnston was the one for me.
