This business has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. We arrived at our Disney Resort on May 28, to find a scooter left by this business without a key. So my disabled husband couldn't go anywhere. After 2 hours of calling I finally get a lady that tells me he needed to borrow someone else's key for that scooter. My question, From who? Then proceeds to tell me she can't understand where the key to scooter went. I ask could it be in the person pocket that dropped the scooter off at the resort before our arrival? She argued with me over the the the phone and at the Disney employees about the key being our problem.
Ended up asking for a new key. She declined. Asked for a refund so I could rent from someone else, she agreed.
Then I called Scooter Bug and they brought me a scooter with a KEY and extra battery in less than an hour.


Scooter Bug is awesome!


Oh wait now it's been almost a month and guess what..... This busted company known as Best Price Scooters still has yet to return our money from where we prepaid a week of scooter use.



So if you want an incompetent company handling your scooter needs so far away from home this one is not the right one. They don't even attempt to make it right.


Btw, Who has time to waste at Disney World?

I rented a scooter from Best Price Mobility for our stay at Disney World. I had never used a scooter before and they answered all my questions before I even got the scooter. It was delivered before the requested time and all I had to do was pick it up at the bell stand of my resort! Couldn't have been any easier. They are a Disney Featured Provider, so there was no problem getting my scooter or leaving it when it was time to go home. I will definitely call Best Price Mobility again! And they have strollers for my grandbabies!

WAS IN NEED OF WHEELCHAIR RENTAL, LIVE IN APOPKA, FLORIDA AND ONLINE AD CLEARLY STATES "SERVING THE APOPKA AREA". WHEN I CALLED THE TOLL FREE NUMBER, PERSON ANSWERING THE PHONE SAYS FLAT OUT THAT THIS COMPANY DOESN'T DELIVER TO THE APOPKA AREA. FALSE ADVERTISING!

I can't say enough about the service and accountability of these people. They were more than helpful and courteous on the phone, and prompt with the delivery, even when I changed resorts! They made it so I could enjoy my vacation. I will be calling them again when I return.
