        Dr. Frank opened Optik Eyewear with one simple mission: to provide the most remarkable full-service Optometry practice with the largest selection of unique and fashionable frame in town. It was all about bring a cosmopolitan boutique to Kingston area. Dr. Frank has been practicing optometry for over 30 years. He is renowned for practicing in the Optometry department at Sugemanâ??s Optical and the Northeast Eye Institute. He received his Doctor of Optometry degree from Pennsylvania College of Optometry and spent some time as the chief of the Frankford Hospital content lens clinic. He then became the owner of The Childrenâ??s Eye Center in Wilkes Barre before opening his first practice in Eynon, PA.
