Metro by T-Mobile

I called the store to see if I could come in for help with my phone. The agent answered politely and professionally, and agreed to help me with my phone. It was my choice to visit the store rather than to ask for help over the phone.
I received a friendly greeting when I arrived at the store, and the issue with my phone was resolved in minutes.
This store gets my highest recommendation.
I feel strongly enough about telling the truth about this place that I took time out of my busy schedule to type out this report and create a YP account just to get the review posted.
(Shame on you Yellow Pages for making us create accounts just so we can spread the word. And BTW - My name isn't Ben.)

VERY VERY RUDE PEOPLE THAT WORK THERE. THEY GET MAD IF I EITHER CALL T-MOBILE OR GO TO ANOTHER T-MOBILE STORE. THEY MAKE ME FEEL LIKE I AM A 2 YEAR OLD CUZ THEY SCOLD ME IF I GO ANYWHERE ELSE. I WILL NOT GO THERE ANYMORE.
