        Overall

        Your web site states that pharmacy hours on Monday are form

        9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. It doesn't say anything about opening at

        10:00 AM on a holiday. Maybe you should change your web site

        to indicate the holiday hours. It may save someone a trip.
