        No one answers the phone. When they do, they leave you on hold. I guess Office Max doesn't need the business. Going somewhere else.

        Lousy Customer Service

        Ordered a four drawer lateral steel file cabinet -- was told it would take 7-21 days; kept waiting and finally called only to be told that OfficeMax had canceled the order as the item had been discontinued. They never called me to let me know. Customer Service also didn't know if my credit card had been charged or not; we had to go search this out. Since Staples delivers for free, usually with one day service, to Kerrville, they will be my primary source for office supplies. The Staples Rewards program has far more value than MaxPerks.
