        I wish I had read EdConrad's review before placing my order with Young's Florist. Same scenario. I was guaranteed that the flowers would be delivered Valentines Day morning. The order was placed 10-days in advance. They arrived at 3pm. It was a HUGE inconvenience. When I called to complain, the salesperson was unapologetic ... implying that I was lying by saying that a delivery time was promised. Her solution was "Well, I'll just go pick them up & return your money and she won't have any flowers." It was the absolute worst customer service I have EVER experienced. Do yourself a favor and call a different florist. I'm giving them 1 star only because I have to for this review to be posted.

        Beautiful Flowers

        Young's Florist did the flowers for my wedding and did a GREAT job! All of the arrangements were huge and full of flowers. They delivered everything, set it up at the church, took everything down after the wedding and we never had to lift a finger. They were great to work with and the lowest priced florist that we priced.
