I arrived 15 minutes late and I was refused treatment. I was told that the NP would "try to work me into her schedule." The receptionist said she would ask a triage nurse to talk to me to see if I could be rescheduled. The triage nurse didn't have the courtesy to even speak to me as I waited. This is the last straw for this place. They treat you like you are a number not a human being. I've had issues with Kernersville Family Medicine in the past and have talked to their office manager at least once before. I will never go back to this practice. Please be aware.

Have been having really bad side pain ever since my gallbaldder was removed. Went to Novant at the request of my mother. What a mistake. The first person I saw is not even a doctor. He's a P.A. Said I had fatty liver and to drink lots of water. After refusing the take that as an answer, I had to fight tooth and nail to see one of their surgeons. After waiting for 40 minutes and being late to work because of it, I finally got to speak to the surgeon's assitant. They wrote me off and said there is nothing they could do. I emailed them over a week ago requesting an ultrasound and have not heard anything back. I know they've received my request on mychart because my message is no longer bold. This place is an absolute joke. All they want to do is write you an Rx for medicine that has nothing to do with your symptoms. I wouldn't go back here if my life depended on it.

I would not recommend this place. They are very non-efficient! I went in having problems with headaches dizziness and blurred vision. The doctor tried to tell me it's probably anxiety prescribed me allergy meds and sent me on my way. A week later I came back in but saw a different doctor who ordered an mri. He found a cyst in my sinus cavity. Its been 3 WEEKS and they have yet to find me an ears nose and throat doctor. I call the offices and no one can seem to answer the phones. Needless to say I am finding a new family doctor because this place is a complete joke. You want people like this to care for you? They are ignorant.
