I stopped by McMonigle to purchase a prescription diet for our kitty who had been very sick. The clinic was quiet, clean and bright. The two woman at the front (Maria & Angee) were very kind, helpful & sympathetic to our cat who wasn’t even a patient yet. The short amount of time spent at McMonigle that day gave me the confidence to bring our kitty in to see Dr. Bahr after he seemed to not be getting better. She exceeded all expectations! She’s VERY knowledgeable, compassionate, sympathetic, personable and aware of her patients needs. She broke everything down for me so that I can understand what was going on with our kitty. She took her time to hear me out and I didn’t feel rushed or pushed to do expensive treatment. She is a veterinarian we feel that we can rely on not just annual checkups, but for those unplanned illnesses for our kiddos! Thank you front office staff, techs and Dr. Bahr! You’ve put our mind at ease and more importantly made our kitty more comfortable!
