I did not get past the front desk. The lady working the desk was the rudest and most inconsiderate woman I have ever met. I can't believe they allow someone like that to speak to patients. The guy at the insurance company whom she talked to even commented on how disrespectful and rude she was to him. There was some confusion as to if I was covered or not, I was and have since scheduled with someone else outside of my network, It was all figured out 10 minutes before my appointment actually started yet she still would not let me be seen that day. She wanted to reschedule, she did not want to submit the form to my insurance, and she refused to be of any help. She just absolutely made it impossible for me to be seen. If that is the sort of person whom they allow to represent them then I would hate to know what the actual doctor is like. I have never been treated like that in my life. DO NOT GO HERE!

Hate moving to a new area & having to find a new Gyn doctor. My least favorite thing to do. I wanted a lady doctor, and found Dr. Mojgan Khatami was located in Kennesaw in a nice office complex, that is made to look like little brick townhomes. Dr. Khatami is in her late 30's/early 40s or so, very personable, nice sense of humor. She had to be raised in the US as she has almost no accent and was easy to understand and took her time answering health related questions and asking me relevant questions. She was very thorough, and her all lady staff members & nurses were very helpful as well. They were very helpful when I had questions about my insurance and prescriptions. It was nice not to be rushed through a cattle call type appointment where I forget what I wanted to ask before I am done with the "annual". Dr. Khatami spent alot of time to make sure I understood health issues I might have and options. While waiting in her office to speak with her following my exam, I noticed she is a graduate of Medical College of GA, in Augusta (my old college roommate went to med school there), so it was nice to know she was locally trained. She is board certified. Anymore, I am a stickler to check this kind of thing after a bad experience with another doctotr in Alabama.



I would highly recommend Dr. Khatami to anyone of my girlfriends and coworkers that live in north Atlanta suburbs & north Ga, that don't want to head south into Atlanta or Northside area to find a good Dr. Given that, I am glad to have that blasted annual done for another year!
