Marina Del Sol

Marina was purchased at auction in 8/2014. New ownership and management have made great progress in fixing deferred maintenance issues. New management is the same management who made major repairs and improvements from 2000-2005.

This marina is very shallow. Any more than 4'6" you'll need to pick your day for being able to get in or out. The docks are in terrible condition. Maintenence is almost nothjing. I left this marina 8 yrs ago and it has gone down hill seriously since. Little or no repairs were done after hurricane Ike. The marina went into recievership and the Bank has a manager running it and will put no money into bringing it up to a reasonable standard. This marina seems to be a magnet for deralick boats. It has been dubbed the "Clearlake junkyard".
