Peak Performance MMA

I love training at this gym. My son and I have been training here for 4 years. Cleanest Facility and Friendliest Instructors around!

I took my son in for several days for their "introductory" offer, because he had expressed an interest, and after getting the snot beat out of him and some kind of fungus off of their mats I am pretty sure we will stick to soccer. not impressed.

After stopping cheer leading, my 14 year old daughter expressed interest in learning a martial art. We live in the Keller area and a friend of mine suggested that we try Peak Performance's Kickboxing class. I nervously signed her up, not really knowing what to expect. I was definitely pleasantly surprised with the overall improvement my daughter made within just the first month of taking this class.

The structure of the kickboxing classes added to her life really helped her become more disciplined and gave her confidence a big boost. I could not be more pleased with the difference I have seen so far and I can't wait until my younger son is ready attend the classes as well.

My kids love their karate lessons here - they've been enrolled in the lessons for about a year now, they really enjoy the lessons, it's been great to see them practicing their karate moves (outside, thankfully!) and gaining some confidence in their strength.

The instructors are great - very kind and encouraging. Definitely a good way to get kids to learn something new while giving them some exercise and a constructive direction to point some of their boundless energy.
