Walmart - Bakery

Ordered a cake for my daughter birthday 6 days in advance. Called the day before I needed it and they told me they couldn’t find my order. I was told on the phone the manager of the bakery would call me and let me know if they could even fill my order. I immediately drove up there to speak with someone. No manager in sight, the person I was directed to checked his tablet and long behold didn’t find my order, I described to him when I place the order, what the woman looked like that I placed the order with, and how she took down my order. He then rolled his eyes and threw around some papers on the counter and told me that he couldn’t find my order. He then went to the back for a couple minutes and came back up with no conclusion. I proceeded to take my business elsewhere. I was treated with attitude, and rudeness and I will not be going back to that bakery or Walmart location again. I think to top it all off I never even heard from the manager to apologize for the situation. I am glad I called before it left me out of luck in getting the cake my daughter wanted for her birthday.
