Imperial Dry Cleaners

Be Warned – If they damage your cherished clothing they will not take responsibility or compensate you in any way! I took a pant suit in for dry cleaning and they scorched my slacks when pressing them. When I brought the unwearable slacks back to the Manager Doreen and Sherry the owner I was told they would not reimburse me for my destroyed item and they did not even offer me anything to compensate me for my loss. They denied that the damage could have been caused by their equipment. This is the only cleaners I had used for this item. BAD customer service - I will not be back.

This is the only place to take your cleaning! They take great care on dry cleaning- I brought a vintage quilt to be cleaned and they did a fantastic job! The staff is friendly and helpful.
