We were sensitive to our pet's anxiety as he waited in the exam room for untold horrors to be over with. If staff were to channel their great compassion into efficiency there they would certainly have perfection!

This is a very caring, professional and responsive hospital. The staff and doctors are very kind, compassionate individuals that I have fully trusted for the past 12 years. I wouldn't take my pets anywhere else.

I've an older cat & a couple of younger ones. The care & time taken to comfort my older cat is heartwarming. The time is taken to explain processes, medications & recommendations.

I couldn't disagree with the other review more strongly. I have been bringing my pets to the Oshtemo Veterinary Hospital for 25 years. The doctors and staff have been very courteous, helpful, friendly and professional while providing top notch care for my pets. They always have my pets best interest at heart. Why were the police involved with your pet? Did a neighbor notice something and turn you in? It sounds like the Oshtemo Veterinary Hospital were called upon to make a professional judgement regarding your situation and they probably did the best they could do under the circumstances.

I was almost arrested for animal cruelty because this vet clinic tried to tell the police that we had abused my dog all her life. Thank god the police did an investigation and found this to be COMPLETELY FALSE!! They also told the police that we were lying about her age, ALSO FALSE. They told the police that she was 7 years younger than she actually is. We had vet records to prove otherwise. I dont know where they got thier degrees but they shouldnt have any.
