Not only do they lack basic customer service skills and professionalism, the "supervisor" that I spoke with was unknowledgeable on basic policies and procedures on how to deliver a package to an apartment complex (amazon prime) during a sunday delivery...I was basically laughed at when I expressed my concerns that none of my packages thay I ordered had arrived (not at main office, no door tag) and I would like to file a grievance against the carrier who marked my packages "delivered" (delivered to whom?, apt office is closed on Sunday). His only response was that they were "stolen"...I then wanted to know how this could have happened? That usually if no one is there to sign for a package, they usually will leave a door tag and attempt delivery the next buisness day? His response was they didn't need to based on Amazon Primes expectations of them to leave hundredes of dollars worth of individuals packages out in the open. Basic advice..pay the extra money and go with Fed Ex.

I placed an order with Amazon and the tracking said it was delivered on Sunday. When I had not recvd it I called my local p.o. and was told that Amazon deliveries on Sunday were made by workers from Mill rd. office not familiar with the delivery route. I live on Prairie Brook and there is a Prairie Ronde, one street over---sure enough, they had my package.

Worst mail carriers ever! my mail is never on time, my mail that i am supposed to get on a regular basis on the same day of the week each week is never here on time, my magazines that are sent out weeks before a new month has started doesn't arrive at my house until weeks after the new month started. customer service never works, im on hold for almost an hour trying to call about my mail. who ever sorts through the mail and delivers it needs to be fired and replaced with someone who actually knows how to their job!

Terrible customer service, I haven't been recieving my mail consistently for a year now and they still haven't fixed the problem. I've filed complaints, made a lot of phone calls, they even closed the case at one point saying the issue was solved, it was not solved. I'm missing very important documents from the secretary of state because this post office will not do their job and deliver my mail. The postmaster of this branch should be fired. I'd give it a lower rate if I could.

i called and called no answer at all during regulare work hours on regular work days!!
