Nitro Sound

DO NOT USE Nitro Sound for your car's electrical needs!
I went to Nitro sound in December 2013 for new HID Headlights. They charged me $250 dollars to install a new kit. 3 days later as I was driving back to Tallahassee for school, the headlights started flickering and one went completely out. I called Nitro to inform them of the situation and that I could not return for quite some time for them to work on it. 5 months later when the semester was finally over I was able to drop my car back off at Nitro. After re installing a new kit they informed me that they did not order the necessary installation mount from BMW the first time they worked on my vehicle. So, when they presented me with a bill for the part, I was hesitant to pay it because the job wasn't done correctly the first time. When I expressed my concerns about the bill, the father and son (partners in the business) proceeded to speak more rudely to me than I have ever been spoken to before during a business transaction. The hostility and lack of respect I received from Nitro Sound as a paying customer was completely unacceptable. DO NOT USE Nitro Sound's services. Their work is unprofessional and their customer service is beyond rude.

I am a new resident and was concerned about working with a shop unknown to me. But one visit and I recommend highly. The management is courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable. When you are in the hands of Henry, you are working with the master. Take them your need and it will be done correctly and at a reasonable price. JB

Henry the repair person is so knowledgeable. Expert service and very nice to deal with. I have used the repair shop on several occasions and drive 50 miles because I know it's going to be repaired by an experienced repair tech.

These guy's are great. They took the time to check out my car and find the problem I was having with my system, then gave me many options with in my budget. What was nice is they didn't try and push me on any one thing, they told me it was totally up to me :) That was a breath of fresh air. I would recommend these guy's to anybody and I do. Nitro Sound is and will be my choice for all my car audio needs.

Ive had all my audio work on both my trucks and boat done at nitro sound by Tom. It always sounds better, and louder then what I expected. Plus he tuned my system so it sounds good as hell everytime I crank it up and doesn't get distorted. If I ever had a problem with something or was confused about a feature on my pioneer dvd headunit I could always call him and he would walk me through how to fix it.
