        I've made a formal complaint but nothing has been done. I ordered breakfast from drive-thru. The entire order was incomplete. I returned, and went inside, carrying the food I was given at the drive-thru. I simply asked the manager to correct my order. She refused. I never used foul language or threatened violence. I returned the food because it was inedible. I asked them to re-make it. The manager refused! Then I asked for a refund. Again, refusal. Of course I became angry, and raised my voice. The situation was incredulous! The manager said she was calling police. I told her to please call them! She then told me to get out and never come back. I said I was not leaving without a refund. She finally gave me my money back, but never apologized. I have never been so humiliated! After my formal complaint, I received a few calls, but nothing else. You would think, at the very least, I would get a coupon. But I've had nothing! I wonder if this is actionable. Hmmm. The entire episode was just so surreal! I may look further into what my options are.
