I had nothing but problems with this company from the beginning and ended up switching to a different company. It took them longer than they said to deliver my trash cans upon setting up my account. They came and removed one trash can at some point for no reason and had to fight to get it back. I ended up with 4 trash cans at one point and still do not know how that happed to this day. Then when I did finally cancel my account, they never would pick up their cans for MONTHS. I got tired of calling and telling them so I gave them away to someone else to get them out of my yard.

This is the most unprofessional company; I have ever tried to have services with! BERNARD the manager should be unemployed. He refuses to rectify any situations and does not take any kind of pride in his work nor ownership, as a manager. I called because my trash was not picked up, on my scheduled day. After calling over 20 times and waiting on TWO different lines, both for over 10 minutes until I got in contact with a representative...They informed me that it was in fact picked up, just at a later time. However, what they did not know is that I have a ring doorbell that records outside my home and they did not stop by AT ALL! THEY LIED TO THERE OWN CUSTOMER! It also did not help, that the same trash I put out at 6:30am was still in there, as I arrived home at 8:00pm.
After I got an opportunity to review footage, I called again two days later requesting to speak with manager BERNARD and he refuses to speak with me...(a customer for over 2 years, who never missed a payment). They live agent has now informed me that my trash bin was empty and there was nothing that needed to be picked up on Monday 11/11/19. LIES AGAIN! I had three full bags put in there from the night before; my trash was so full by the time my next pick up date came around-that I had to leave two bags on the ground outside.
If this company can miss a pick up, then I should be able to miss a payment for that week. I requested a credit for the week that I missed, and BERNARD refuses. I even had to go as far as sending them video footage via email, of how my trash can never move from its place and how no one stopped by to grab it. I requested over 10 times to speak with a manager and he will not return a phone call, email, or come to the line. RUN FAR, FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! They will scam you out of your money.

Been 2 weeks now and no pick up I have garbage outside growing all types of things and they always have an excuse of why they didn't pick up
And fyi this isn't the 1st time this happens.
Now i have another 55 gallon filled up smh company gets a zero from me but because i have to rate i put a 1.

I'm so upset. I called 2 months ago about my lid on my container being broken. Then today I went to pull container from road and the trash men have broken the other side. I have been calling for the past hour the lines stay busy. This not the first day the lines stayed busy. Horrible customer service

I've been with them for almost 3 years and have never had a problem with my service. I pay my bill on time and put my trash out either the night before or early on the day of pick up. Great company as far as I'm concerned.

Ok so it's time to pay my bill and I realized I had to lookup the number for my sanitation company which happens to be T&R South. I'm reading all of these bad reviews and I'm sorry I've never really had a problem. They may get a little off schedule but their policy letter states no designated pick up time( so for those of us who read this means put your trash out the night before). The lady in the office is always pleasant and courteous. Yes they are on a delay this week but stuff happens. The lady on the phone was so apologetic. I will continue my service with them. I pay my bill on TIME and I follow the rules. That's all it takes people. Maybe some of these people should have read their policy letters too. I'm just saying

Well i been with them for a few years and i haven't had problems until this past week no pickup no call to tell me they're running late.. can't get tgem on the phone ONLY answering machine or busy signal...Hopefully they get it together SOON....

This company is HORRIBLE. Small company small way of doing business. They feel they are not responsible for 3rd party deliveries. They will take 15 business day (3 weeks) to deliever a simply container, but will contact the 3rd party company to pick up the container when I cancel my service. I was asking for a simple ETA on when my can will be deliver since its been over 11 days without service. As they wanted me to simply put my trash on the curb, so animals can get in it and I have to clean up the mess. They should find a better way to get cans to customers more timely. Waste Management runs CIRCLES around this small company with its low priority to REALLY servicing the customer. All they told me is the 3rd party has 15 business day, but I was only asking for an ETA. The supervisor proceeded to get loud and argumentative with me when I said, ''aren't you responsible for your 3rd party vendor?". They dont provide real customer service, they sound like puppets on a string with the we have 15 days to delivery window.

Terrible company. Just moved into a house. So I asked did they do bulk pickup. Was assured they would get it all as long as it was no bigger than boxes. Went out this morning they didn't even empty my cans. Called to find out why. Was told that they will not pick up the can if it is blocked by other trash they wouldn't get. It was two small boxes, and a rug. Will not be renewing with them. I highly encourage others to not use them either

I wish I could this unprofessional company -700 stars. I have never in my life witnessed such unprofessional behavior ever. Whoever said this company acts like they are doing you a favor is right. I am definitely going to see who else provides trash service in my area. They are God awful. I signed up for new service and was told my can would be soon to follow.. 30+ days later no can. They told me keep putting trash bags out on the curb and they would pick it up. WRONG! Woke up to trash everywhere! Call to in a very pleasant tone asking for help.. Whoever Bruce is was rude! He basically told me kiss his behind. Click. I am definitely filing a BBB complaint. No supervisor is ever available.. No corporate office.. Very sad. Wish I would have researched this company and saw the F rating by BBB and these comments.

Ive been with this company for few years now and i have no complaints. I truly believe the people who have problems with this company simply cant follow directions. The company policy is to put your trash out the night before. If you can manage that you should have no problems. Yes some days they come early and some days they came late, but the fact of the matter is they came! I know things happens and they can get off schedule. Their customer service is friendly and respectful. I recommend this company to anyone who needs reliable service.

It has been now 3 weeks since ...

It has been now 3 weeks since this company has picked up my trash. Their excuses has ran dry.. first I didn't have it out by 6a.m. that was a lie they never picked it up the following week so I left it out until the next pickup.. so then the route had trouble, then your account expired when I know that I've only had them for 5 weeks.. really wrong account lady.. There are very few people that has this company so I now see why. The comment made as far as them being in a subdivision which uses them mostly that also is a lie.. CLM is always on time.. waste management has a contract with the state so they want to stay in good standings.. My next thing to is for the community is to go our commissioner.. about bad business and sanitation companies that are not serving our community properly..



Had a read these reviews before giving them my money I would have saved time and money..

I WAS A CUSTOMER WITH THIS COMPANY FOR ABOUT 2 YEARS OR SO AND IT STARTED OUT GREAT AND THEN IT WENT DOWN HILL AND NEVER TURNED AROUND. THE OWNERS ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE AND LACK GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. I HAVE HAD SEVERAL OCCASIONS WHEN THEY HAVE MISSED PICKING UP MY TRASH AND IT WAS OUT ON THE CURB DAYS BEFORE MY PICKUP DATE! WHEN I CALLED TO COMPLAIN THE OWNERS FELT LIKE THEY WERE DOING ME A FAVOR TO COME BY AND GET IT WHEN THYE MISSED IT DUE TO LACK OF PAYING ATTENTION AND THERE ARE ONLY ABOUT 5 PEOPLE IN MY SUBDIVISION THAT USES THEM NOW IT IS DOWN TO 4 AND BEFORE THAT IT WILL BE ZERO! THE LADY THAT WORKS IN THE OFFICE IS VERY NICE AND WORKS VERY HARD TO KEEP THAT PLACE RUNNING, HOWEVER, WHEN THE OWNERSHIP IS DOING NOTHING TO MAKE SURE THEIR CUSTOMERS ARE TAKEN CARE THEN YOU HAVE TO CUT YOUR LOSSES. I have to agree with teresa1074,

I have never had a problem with T&R sanitation. most of the people in my subdivision have them and as long as you can is out on the curb they will get your trash.



I had a neighbor who never pull her can down and always wanted to complain but if she would have done like the rest of us her trash would have been picked up too. I really don't think its the company messing up. it s people lieing about putting the can to the curb like my neighbor was doing. T&R even came back out and picked up her trash and she bragged about lieing to the company to get them to come back out.



I feel bad for the dudes on the truck sometimes because of people like my neighbor who lie and then rant and rave about not getting picked up just so they can have something to complain about. I think they are doing an excellent job!

As I'm reading these review I am shocked. Then I had to really look at the contents of the reviews. These people who wrot the reviews are obviously real ghetto and uneducated . I've never had these problems from T&RSouth. I live in the Hampton Area and we get great consistant service. Maybe these people who wrote the previous reviews might not have a clue how to speak to customer service reps or just have no people skills to begin with. I always call in or drop off my payment. the Young lady there is very professional not just with me but with every customer on the phone and who drops in to make a payment. And does her job well !!!!



I once had to witness a customer curse this women out and she was only doing her job. Mind you the lady who was doing all of the complaining didn't pay her bill and wanted them to waive not 1 not 2 but 3 late fees, what do you expect!

"YOU CAN'T GET TRASH SERVICE FOR FREE LADY" I told her.



The men on the truck are great also. My entire subdivision is planning on switching to TR South because of my consistant service from TRSouth. CLM, Robertson,ADM and Vito Sanitation services, all come through my subdivision now and all I hear are complaints from my neighbors about their current companies.

They are all switching to TRSouth.



Great job TRSouth!!!!! Great price too! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!

Trashy Don't Use!

This is the worst company I've ever dealt with. I finally had enough of the missed stops and inconsistent service. I canceled the service before the new quarter started even though I had already paid. I was told that they don't give refunds despite the fact that it doesn't state that in their policy. Not only are they trying to keep my money, they never picked up the receptacle. After 3 weeks of it sitting on the curb, I had to personally drop the thing off at their office. I've filed a complaint with consumer affairs and I'm headed to Clayton County to file a civil suit for the return of my money! FYI check the BBB website. This company has an F rating. Also, if consumer affairs get enough complaints, they will shut T& R South Sanitation down. Please Please contact consumer affairs to file a complaint!
