They were to come to replace one part that whirlpool supplied and referred them for the repair due to warranty. They went to the home with out the homeowner being there. Then sent this elderly couple that is on a fixed income a bill for over $770 which is more than what they could have replaced the hot water heater for. They now are threating this couple with turning it over to collection. They can't provide any paperwork with the home owners signatures on it. I have tried to call and get the matter fixed and they just keep sending me to someone else. I will not use them ever and recommend that no one else does. Make sure your elderly loved one don't use them because they took advantage of my elderly parents.

They installed the incorrect pump for my septic holding tank - after being told by the AR State plumbing inspector which pump to install (they still installed a cess pump not a grinder pump). The cess pump they installed cost $1300 when the grinder pump was only $500. 2 mos later the cess pump they installed burnt up because it was not the correct pump for my holding tank - warranty would not cover it because it had been incorrectly installed. When confronted their response was that their "plumbing supply did not carry the correct grinder pump"! They refuse to correct or make any remedy for their mistake. I feel they did this because I am not a resident in Jonesboro where they're offices are located. Its a shame they would take advantage of a trusting single mother as myself and that they refuse to stand by their advertised quality and plumbing expertise. I would hate for anyone else to be taken advantage of as I have been. They may be competent to do small indoor plumbing tasks and unclog a sink but I would not advise anyone to hire them for any techniques of septic systems. They not only were dishonest, they did not follow the inspectors recommendation, and did a shoddy job but they price gouged me too on top of it all! I would not recommend anyone hiring them. I am also suspicious as to who is running this company now because it doesn't seem it is the original owner.

In April 2015 I hired Nuckles and Son to do a major plumbing job for a property I own an the job was very well done. I was and still am very pleased with their work and will continue to use them for all my plumbing needs.
