I went to watch a movie with my grandchildren and was very disappointed with one of the main reason i enjoy the movies.... the popcorn. It wasn't freshly popped, but was in bags already popped. it was horrible!! very disappointed!!
I visit at least one or two movies a week to see the new one's,today when I went to se Batman I left feeling like I was ripped off! During the movie I went to have my refillable popcorn refilled and the line was past the box office for the concession stand, I was told that I have to go to the back of the line! They said that the paying customers were first! Was not I a paying customer first? I asked for the manager and a kid that did not even look to be 18 told me that was the rule that they go by, the paying customer is first, they tell you that the best deal is the refillable combo but if you cannott get it refilled without missing part of your movie by waitng in line, how good of a deal is it? I feel he should have offered me a refund for the combo? If this was a few years ago the manager would have gave a refund and a couple of passes to a free movie, what happened to them days. In conclusion this was a crappy way to treat customers! Unhappy customer
