Barbara and Brandi at Lender's Title went above and beyond to close on two different properties for our company this week. There were many different issues with the property and lots of working parts with two different buyers. They were diligent in making sure everything was done correctly, kept us informed of progress, were patient and very professional. I would highly recommend Lender's Title Company.

Completely bad experience... Sent them contract and they confirmed receipt... Told me I'd hear from them in 2 weeks... 17 days later I called them and they told me they hadn't done anything because they couldn't read the typewritten legal description... They said that was a problem on day 1... And yet they never called me to let me know... I had to call them after 17 days to find out they hadn't made any progress at all... Time is money and they cost me 17 days worth... Plus, I got a large serving of attitude when I called to check on the status of their inactivity.
