The UPS Store

My experience at the UPS Store was extremely professional.
Associate Ms. Jahnaya H. provided excellent customer service. She went over and beyond to assist me with diligence. The young men in the store were also professional. Social distancing was greatly practiced and I highly recommend this store and location.

By far the worst UPS Store! I frequently use 3 stores in three different states because of travel. This store used to be my fourth to where I had packages shipped. Since under new management, it's customer service and professionalism has gone down the drain. There's a pudgy guy with glasses who appears to be the manager who speaks brusquely to customers and flat-out speaks in a condescending way to coworkers. I had several packages shipped to this location as I normally would while out of town--instead of contacting me that my items had arrived, they were returned to the senders, with complete disregard that I've been a loyal customer at this store...spend your money elsewhere--I cant wait until they're out of business and more professional people take it over...ugh!!!!
