Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

I work late therefore going in around 8:45 pm. or latest 9:10 p.m. Each time I go in it smells like cleaning fluid or damp mop water. They close at 10 pm. however when you go in they are always putting the tea, water, etc away even at 9 p.m.! Tonight I watched the lady mop right there in front of the people standing in line and by our table, not to mention roll smelly garbage out while I was eating. Enough is enough. You close at 10. Why not wait until 5 minute till closing to start this stuff. I am a regular customer but I have just about had my fill of having to deal with this.

Just tried to order a DQ cake from the Jefferson location for Rachel's b'day and asked about pricing. Was told there is a log cake option for $17.99 that feeds 8. I asked the girl on the phone to please check and see if there were any in stock. She checked they don't have any in stock, but do have the $21.99 round cake that feeds 8-10 people. I asked if she could give me the round cake for the log price since they are out of the log cake, she said no. I then asked if I could get a coupon or a deal for the round cake, she said no. I ended the call. Called back and asked to speak to the manager. Hannah said she IS the manager. I asked her again about there being NO possibility of her giving me any sort of discount on the round cake since there is no log cake in stock, she said she can't authorize that, only her boss can. I asked her if she could call her boss. "No, he's on vacation." Well, hope he enjoys his vacation because I will not be buying much of anything from them anymore after that kind of service!!! I bought the Ultimate Burger from them the other night. And I could not eat it!! it was nasty and tasted as if something was wrong with the meat!!! I will never be going to this dairy queen again! ill stick to the one in Commerce from now on! i dont even think this place deserves one star but it makes me atleast put one.
