AllDogs

We have used Holly and her staff for years, multiple stays throughout the year. Our dogs act like they are at home when they are there! They often act like they don't want to leave. Simply the best!

We have taken our girls to All Dogs for the past few years. They have always stayed in the Presidential Suite and they are always happy and content when we pick them up which is why we keep going back. We watch on the cam and have never seen them treated with anything less than love and respect. Thank you All Dogs for taking such good care of our girls so that we can run away and have a little bit of fun and not have to worry about them.

I needed to board my dog for 4 days. We took a pre-tour of All Dogs. It looked nice and they said they had 24/7 care of the dogs. I ordered the presidential suite, doggie day care (full day) and extra potty breaks. We ordered the pro version of the app for the cam so we could record and take pics of our dog. We were horrified when we saw the treatment of our dog. I called several times only to be told that they were overloaded with dogs (98) and that they could not possibly take the dogs out when needed. I was told that they would be watched and monitored at all times. My dog ended up making a mess. While they pulled him out of the kennel, one lady went in to keep up his mess. She used the blanket and her foot to wipe up the mess! My dog was returned to sleep on that blanket! When I told her we were watching the whole time she said that it was spelled water and not pee. They took him for play camp which we paid for a full day and brought him back in less than a half hour. When I called she told me they rotate the dogs out because they had so many dogs there. She told me they had 98 dogs and they could not give breaks and play camp like normal. The longest potty break was only seven minutes. He went hours and hours without any attention from any of their staff. When My husband and I went to go pick up my dog the owner immediately laid in the me and started yelling at me! While she was yelling at me I actually started to cry and asked for my dog again. But she continued to yell at me and even called me a liar. She was very confrontational. Finally she told one of her staff members "just get this lady her dog"! When we got our dog we were heading out the door and she actually followed us out the door yelling at me still! This woman was unbelievable. If you do take your dog there I suggest you get the pro version of the cam. The owner is confrontational. What business expects the customer to praise them when they didn't give you the services you paid for?

Holly and her excellent staff at AllDogs not only care for our pets, they cater to them. AllDogs Canine Care Center provided services in a loving, caring, non-stressful setting that is conducive to putting the dog at ease and creating a positive environment where he feels secure. I recommend Alldogs without reservation as I have to all my friends and neighbors. You will not be disappointed. They are unsurpassed in Hamblen county and the surrounding area.

Anytime I am going to be out of town, I make reservations for my two girls. I know they will be taken care of. Since they are always together, ALLDOGS has the accomodations to allow they to be together while I'm away. They are ready to go play as soon as we get inside. When I go to pick them up, they are happy and tired (because of the supervised playtime during the day). HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
