I was involved in a vehicle accident and this agent contacted me within 45 minutes of the event aggressively demanding reparations for damages caused by the other party's (his client) involvement. I was confused, flustered, and upset, but that does not entitle a "professional" from being aggressive, advantageous, and using profanity towards me. Extremely verbally abusive and profane. He told me before hanging up on me to "Kiss my a$$ you little bit**". I was more disturbed by the phone interaction than I was with the actual accident. This agent is unprofessional, deviant, and is a reason why insurance agents have a terrible reputation. Do not do business with this man and if you have to...make sure you have all of your legal ends secured and supported. Borderline criminal.

This is by far the worst agent in town. I had a close friend have a claim and the company asked them to show 4 years of tax returns to prove they were not having money problems and trying to scam them. My friend went to court and did get her claim paid. When I went in to switch my insurance to another company the owner Phay called me cursing and telling me he would come and get me. I went into his office and he came out screaming and has refused to transfer my insurance to another company. I will never ever refer this unprofessional bully to anyone ever. If you want Erie insurance several other vendors in town sell it. Take your money else were
