        I called all over Madison looking for Kirby bags, unfortunately Kirby is nowhere near Madison. I finally found Bill, who had calls forwarded to his home. He was willing to give to ship me bags, give me all the info over the phone and was willing to be flexible with store hours should I have wanted to come there. Now if all Kirby dealers could be so accomadating!!
