        My son and myself had a very good car buying experience. They were very professional and prompt. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the vehicle. They made sure it was perfect in every way before delivery. Would highly recommend to anybody.

        Absolutely good experience. Jimmy and Paul were perfect with their job,

        Enjoyed buying a car here. No pressure and very courteous.

        Very knowledgeable, easy to talk to, very friendly and honest as well,

        they gave me outstanding service and they are very professional with that,

        their staff was amazing from start to finish and treated me as though I was family,

        Thank you for such a wonderful car buying experience.I am in love with that,

        I surely recommend their dealership to everyone.

        These guys are GREAT!



        On two occasions it turns out that my car didn't need as much work as the service manager thought it would. These guys could have stiffed me for hundreds of dollars by doing unnecessary work (or no work at all), but they didn't.



        On another occasion they started doing repairs and realized I needed more work done. He called me and told me that once they started the repairs they found a few other things and recommended that I take care of those problems while they're in there. Again, they could have said nothing but called to let me know what was going on.



        The service manager Pat Ojeda is awesome. I absolutely won't let anyone work on my car except for Pat and his crew. I highly recommend this repair shop.

        While it is true most of the i...

        While it is true most of the inventory is dealer buy-back stock they are honest about it. There was no effort to "pass" the vehicles I showed interest in as anything but what they were. Also Car Fax was available and offered on each one. I also asked to have an updated version and there was no issue in providing whatever details I requested. The only caution I recommend is to always do your homework...whether at World Imports or any other dealer.

        I agree this place World Imports USA only sells recall and LEMON cars and have been reports by others to the BBB. I had an aweful experience with the sales manager Dan Angel he has a bad temper and does not keep his word. The car I bought has a major electrical problem. I told him about the issue he told me to make an appointment with his service team to diagnose the issue and he would help fix it. The day of my appointment he stated he was not going to do anything about it and that it was my problem. He has an extremely bad temper. I was afraid he was going to hit me. Please be very careful. This cars are recalls/LEMONS. I would not recommend purchasing a car from this place. If you have a problem with the company please report it to the BBB and don't buy a car from them.
