Kudos to the staff at Wayne's Furniture for assisting with a warranty issue with a manufacturer. Had it not been for their willingness to serve as a mediator, this issue might still be unresolved. We appreciate you!

The selection was great! We found exactly what we wanted. There was a glitch with the manufacturer of our kitchen table and the staff was very apologetic and fixed the problem fast. The delivery drivers were very professional and courteous. Our kitchen table, chairs and bedroom set was delivered in perfect order and assembled very quick. Is recommend to anyone that wants quality furniture with a very knowledgeable courteous staff. Waynes furniture will recieve all of my home furnishing business from now on!

The price's are second to no one, great inventory, and did i mention the staff ??? Gundie is the greates and she knows her stuff. Excellent!!!! You owe it to yourself to give them a try...

I had been looking for a certain sleigh bed for quite a while. Another furniture store had one and bythe time I saved my money up to get it, it was discontinued. I went to numerous other stores and then to Wayne's. Gundi showed me what they had but it was what I was looking for. She pulled out books of what they could get. But still I had my heart set on a certain one. She called the company and found one more left in storage in Chicago. They are shipping it now. Thanks for renewing my spirit in customer service. Oh, and Gundi is just a beautiful of a woman as she is on the TV ads.
