i went on 4/11/13 and paid for 3 dog pens(they had 4 of them plus one put together outside). i ask to pick them up on saturday 4/12/2013 and they stated that would be fine(they would mark 3 sold to me). i hired a person to take his truck and trailer to tractor supply on us 1 in jacksonville fla to pick up the pens and we took the old pens down that housed my dogs.. he went with receipt in hand to pick them up --they had sold them to other people. only had one left for me. stated that it would be wednesday-4/17/13 before they would have the other 2 pens for me.--i could not wait til wed as i had taken the old pens down..i ask them to call the orange park store and have them transferred to their store on sunday and i would come back and pick them up--could not or would not do this!!! i called the orange park store and they had 5 of the pens and would hold 2 for me--if i went there and picked them up..so i had to hire truck and trailer again at my expense and gas to go 30 miles one way to pick up the other 2 pens in orange park. on 4/14/13. the orange park people were so nice--not the "corn" sellsman as he called himself that i dealth with at the us 1 store. this has ended up costing me an extra $150 due to the store selling the dog pens that i had already paid for $803 ...and i was told it was not "their fault"--so i quess it was mine??? no call from the true manager of the us 1 tractor suppy and no apology from them!!!! i will be there tomorrow to see--mark and jeff. what ever happen to taking care of your customers??? it seems they truely do not care!!!
