Found worker trampling in my planted beds. Said he was surveying house on opposite side of the fence. When asked, he snidely said he did not have to get homeowner's permission to enter private property. Spoke w owner Linda. Discussed events and informed her garage was open, we were obviously home, and the courtesy of notifying us, at the bare minimum, would have been appreciated. She said these were hard workers who didn't have time to knock on every door in the neighborhood and wake people. The discourteous attitude clearly comes from the top down.
