CVS Pharmacy

Avoid this pharmacy!! The employees could care less how long you wait. They do not do what they say they will. I was told my RX would be ready by 5pm, I called & they had not even started it. I called back at 8:45pm & was told it would be ready at 8:30am the next day. When I got there again it was not ready. I waited 30 minutes for them to fill it. CVS should fire everyone in the pharmacy & hire people that want to work. It is clear to anyone these people are there for a pay check, not to help their customers that are ill (or they would not be there). If this is an example of America's work ethics it's no surprise why this country (keeping politics out of this) is going down hill. I have been in here before when there was a line of up to 12 people waiting to pick up their prescriptions. Nothing moves fast about these folks except when it's time for them to get off work, then I'm guessing they come to life. I've not talked to anyone in the pharmacy that cares about their customers. I agree 100% with the other review, AVOID THIS PLACE, it very well could be the worst pharmacy in Jacksonville.
As for the rest of the store the employees are friendly & helpful. I would give them 5 stars for their efforts & the way they treat customers.

Just got out of the hospital told them to please call it in to this pharmacy since it's a 24 hour pharmacy but this a joke they was closed and its only 9pm. CAN'T CVS STORE PAY FOR THE PHARMACY TO HAVE A NIGHT PHARMACY WORKER ANYMORE ARE YOU ALL THAT CHEAP!!!!!!!!!

Worst pharmacy in Jacksonville. Consistently horrible service. I dropped off my prescription today at 1:50pm and asked to pick it up at 6:00pm. I was told it would be ready. I arrived at 6:20pm and my prescription was not filled yet again! I was told I would have to wait again. I waited 20 minutes this time and in January I waited over 45 minutes. Last month in February I waited 50 minutes and then approached the counter at 7:23pm and asked if my prescription was ready yet. The pharmacy tech named John said "oh that was ready 20 minutes ago". WHAT!? He claimed that they called my name but I was only 10 - 20 feet away. Today March 14, 2012 this was the last time!!! Consistently horrible service and extremely slow! very rude people and no one seems to care about anything. Everyone moves slow and could really care less about their customers. AVOID THIS PLACE! go somewhere else! Dropping off prescriptions early does no good what so ever! Worst place ever!
